Indian Food Recommendation! UPZ!

6 Jun

I so wanna intro this Indian restaurant in Anam-dong area to those who are looking for affordable yet delicious Indian food!

Name of Restaurant: BENARES Indian Restaurant

The nearest subway exit is Anam Exit 3.

Went to Benares during dinner time with frens & had to queue for a short while. It doesn’t matter tho’, cos the food they serve is really worth the waiting time! ^^

Restaurant’s interior layout was nt bad wor. Their lighting was warm & the whole place doesn’t smells like S’pore ‘gee’ prata shop u noe. Hee.

Anw, we ordered 4 pax set meal!

Set meal includes:

– Tandoori chicken (tastes sooooo good!)

– Chicken mushroom soup

– Samdosa (Indian appetizer)

– Yellow rice (best to eat it with curry!)

– Seafood spaghetti (it’s the best seafood spaghetti I’ve ever tried! pls order this item!)

– Butter Chicken Curry (Yummy!)

– Chicken Tikka Masala Curry

– Cheese naan

As the naan was nt free flow, we ordered additional 2 more naans – garlic & honey naan!

Personally, I love honey nann the most! But it’s sticky on ur fingers tho’. ^o^

For all the items in the set meal, they are indeed very worth the price!

Having tried two indian restaurants in Seoul, I came to the conclusion tt Indian food in Seoul is really a notch above S’pore!

S’pore got prata, nasi briyani, murtabak, prata curry etc. Nthin’ really special right…

But what do Indian restaurant in Seoul serves?

Many curry flavors & different types of naans! Once you try ’em, u’ll definitely want more!

Come give Benares Indian Restaurant a try one of these days!

You won’t regret it!

Price is affordable, food quality is damn upzzz!

Service is fast as well, even during peak hrs.

What’s not to love bout Benares?

Price: 10,000-13,000 won
